1. Store Pickup Only

Thanga Parvath Jewellers operates exclusively on a showroom pickup model. We do not provide home delivery, shipping, or postal transit of gold jewelry or coins. All redemptions must be claimed physically at our designated showrooms.

2. Showroom Locations

You can redeem your accumulated scheme balance and pick up your items at the following locations:

• Sivakasi Showroom: Thanga Parvath Jewellers, Sivakasi.
• Srivilliputtur Showroom: Thanga Parvath Jewellers, Srivilliputtur.

3. Redemption Process

To claim your physical gold from your scheme balance:

1. Initiate the close and redeem action inside the mobile application.
2. A unique redemption code and OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
3. Visit one of our showrooms and present the code to our staff.
4. Upon successful verification, choose your BIS-hallmarked jewelry or certified coins.

4. Identity Verification

For security purposes, you must carry your PAN card along with one government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or driving license) matching the details on your mobile app account. The showroom staff will verify your identity before handing over any gold items. Note: this in-person verification is separate from your app KYC — Thanga Parvath Jewellers does not collect, store, or retain a copy of your photo ID document; it is checked visually at the showroom counter only.

5. Charges & Taxes

Redemptions are subject to making/wastage charges and taxes depending on the design and product selected at the showroom, in accordance with the scheme terms.
