1. Shipping or Home Delivery

Dhan Gold by Thanga Parvath Jewellers does offer shipping, courier services, doorstep delivery, postal delivery, or third-party logistics for any gold, silver, jewellery, coins, or other precious metal products. The product will be shipped with in 2-3 days and will be delivered with 7 days. For Gold Schemes, we have to visit the store and collect Gold from us. Customers are required to visit the showroom to receive their selected jewellery or precious metal products.

2. Showroom Pickup Only

All purchases and redemption requests must be collected in person from one of our authorized Thanga Parvath Jewellers showrooms. Customers are required to visit the showroom to receive their selected jewellery or precious metal products.

3. Pickup Locations

Products can be collected only from the following showroom locations:

• Sivakasi Showroom – Thanga Parvath Jewellers, Sivakasi.
• Srivilliputtur Showroom – Thanga Parvath Jewellers, Srivilliputtur.

4. Pickup Verification

Before handing over any product, our showroom team will verify the customer's identity using the registered mobile number, redemption code, OTP, and KYC details. Customers may also be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.

5. Transfer of Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer immediately after successful showroom verification and collection. Since no shipping or delivery service is provided, Thanga Parvath Jewellers shall not be responsible for products after they have been handed over to the customer. We don't provide Any Returns.

6. Delivery Requests

Requests for home delivery, courier dispatch, postal shipment, delivery through transport agencies, or delivery via third-party logistics partners will not be accepted under any circumstances.
