1. Showroom Collection Only (No Door-step Delivery)

Thanga Parvath Jewellers operates exclusively on a traditional, brick-and-mortar showroom pickup model. We do not offer shipping, courier services, doorstep delivery, postal delivery, or third-party logistics for any gold, jewellery, or coin products under our savings schemes.

2. Pickup & Redemption Locations

All accumulated scheme benefits must be redeemed and collected in person at our authorized showroom locations:

• Sivakasi Showroom – Thanga Parvath Jewellers, 79, PSR Road (Opp to Naina Biryani), Sivakasi.
• Srivilliputtur Showroom – Thanga Parvath Jewellers, 68/14 Kandhadai Street (Near Pothys), Srivilliputtur.

3. Verification Process

Before handing over any physical gold or jewellery, our showroom team will verify the customer's identity in person using their registered mobile number, redemption code, OTP, and KYC details. Customers must present their PAN card along with one government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or driving license) matching their registered scheme account details. This in-person verification is separate from your app KYC — Thanga Parvath Jewellers does not collect, store, or retain a copy of your photo ID document; it is checked visually at the showroom counter only.
