Introduction

Welcome to Dhan Digi Gold. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement outlines your legal rights and obligations when accessing or using our services related to digital gold and silver transactions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal contract in India. You agree to provide accurate and complete KYC information, including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details as required.

Digital Gold Purchase

Users can buy 24K or 22K gold at real-time market rates through the platform. Prices include applicable GST, platform margin, and making/wastage charges where applicable. The digital gold is stored securely with our certified vault partner.

Digital Silver Purchase

Users may also buy and sell digital silver at live market rates. All silver is stored in insured vaults, and pricing includes applicable charges and taxes.

Sell & Redemption Policy

Users can sell their gold or silver holdings at the live market rate plus or minus platform charges. For 24K gold, users may sell for INR. For 22K gold, users can convert to physical ornaments, coins, or bars via our partner jewellers.

Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum purchase amount is ₹10. The platform may impose daily, monthly, or lifetime limits on transactions for security, regulatory, or operational reasons.

Vault & Custody

All digital gold and silver are stored with reputed vaulting and security partners. Dhan Digi Gold does not physically handle or store any metal. Users own 100% of the metal bought in their name.

KYC Compliance

We are compliant with RBI and SEBI guidelines. You must complete KYC verification using Aadhaar and PAN before withdrawing, redeeming, or making high-value purchases or sales.

Charges & Taxes

Applicable taxes include 3% GST for gold/silver. Platform margin ranges from 1-1.5% and varies based on transaction type. Additional charges may apply during physical redemption.

Refund & Cancellation

All transactions are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. In case of transaction failures, any deducted amount will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Your data is stored securely and used only for verification, transaction processing, and compliance purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service provider downtime may cause temporary interruptions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or breach.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, hacking, illegal trading, or any activity in violation of Indian laws and regulations.

Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance. Please check this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
