At Dhan Gold by Thanga Parvath Jewellers, customers participate in a physical gold savings scheme. By enrolling in the scheme and making contributions, customers agree to the terms and conditions of the scheme. We don't provide Any Returns

All monthly installments, payments, and scheme contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment has been successfully processed and credited to your scheme account, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. If approved Refunds will be processed and credited with in 7 days

Customers may redeem the accumulated scheme value towards the purchase of physical gold jewellery, gold coins, silver jewellery, silver articles, or other eligible products available at Thanga Parvath Jewellers, subject to the applicable scheme terms and prevailing prices.

We do not provide cash refunds for completed payments or redeemed scheme amounts, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified duplicate payment or technical error caused by our system.

Dhan Gold does not offer home delivery, courier services, or shipping of any products. All redeemed products must be collected in person from our authorized Thanga Parvath Jewellers showrooms after successful identity verification.

Customers are advised to carefully review all payment details before confirming any transaction.
